10. oktober 2014 e.v. holdt de fem kongene av O.T.O. sine nasjonale storlosjer møte i Firenze, Italia, hvor de enstemmig valgte Frater Hymenaeus Beta som O.H.O., eller Ordenens ytre overhode, de jure. Hymenaeus Beta har tjent som fungerende kaliff og Frater Superior siden 1984 e.v. Det har vært nødvendig å etablere fem nasjonale storlosjer for å formelt kunne velge O.H.O. i samsvar med Ordenens internasjonale vedtekter. Italia og Kroatia ble konstituert som Ordenens fjerde og femte storlosje 17. mai 2014 e.v.

Know ye all by these presents that we the undersigned National Grand Masters General X° of Ordo Templi Orientis hereby certify that we did, on this day, Dies Veneris, Sol in Libra, Luna in Taurus, of the year V:0 of the New Aeon, Friday, October 10th 2014 e.v., duly gather, convene and hold an election in the Valley of Florence, Italy to fill the office of de jure O.H.O. in accordance with Section 3.07(D) of the International Bylaws of Ordo Templi Orientis.
We further certify that the unanimous result thereof was the election of
Frater Hymenaeus Beta
as Outer Head of the Order de jure (Frater Superior and Caput Ordinis O.T.O.), with all powers, authorities, duties, and responsibilities thereto appurtenant, including those of Sovereign Patriarch of Ecclesia Gnostica Catholica and Caliph.
